At Sleep Express, we offer a 14-Day Hassle-Free Returns Policy. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it is returned in its original condition and packaging.

·        Return postage costs are not covered for non-faulty items.
·        Items that have been assembled or show significant signs of use may be subject to a deduction from the refund amount.
·        Any damage, defect, or fault must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
·        Claims for damage reported after 24 hours may not be accepted.

·        Free collection and a full refund where applicable

·        Improper assembly or handling
·        Damage resulting from floods, fires, natural disasters, or other external events

2.      Provide your order number and details of the issue.
3.      Supply photographs of any damage or fault where applicable.
