Order securely through our website. Our delivery team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date.

Sleep On It

Enjoy your new mattress and give your body time to adjust. We recommend using your mattress for at least 30 nights.

Exchange If Needed

If the mattress is not right for you, you can request a one-time exchange after 30 nights for a £50 exchange fee.

How the Sleep Trial Works

We understand that adjusting to a new mattress can take time. If you are still not completely satisfied after 30 nights, simply contact our customer service team and we will help arrange an exchange.

Eligibility Requirements

·        The mattress must be used with a mattress protector from the date of delivery.
·        You must sleep on the mattress for a minimum of 30 nights.
·        You must contact us within 35 nights of delivery to request your exchange.
·        The mattress must be clean, undamaged, and free from stains, marks, odours, or misuse.
·        Proof of purchase may be required.

Exchange Terms

·        A £50 exchange fee applies to cover collection and redelivery costs.
·        Exchanges are available for mattresses of the same size as the original order.
·        The Sleep Trial applies to a one-time mattress exchange only.
·        Each mattress can only be exchanged once per order.
·        The Sleep Trial does not provide a refund and is valid for exchanges only.
